Getting Started

This guide walks you through setting up your BnBFlows account and getting your first property live in under 15 minutes.

New here? This article is the best place to start. You'll have a working property dashboard by the end of it.

Before you begin

You'll need:

  • A valid email address
  • Your property name and address
  • A logo (optional but recommended for your booking portal)
  • 5–10 minutes

Step 1 — Create your account

Go to the registration page

Visit bnbmanager.app/register and fill in your name, business name and email address.

Verify your email

Check your inbox for a verification link. Click it to activate your account and log in for the first time.

Complete your workspace setup

You'll land on the dashboard. Head to Settings → Business to add your business address, currency, timezone and logo.

Step 2 — Add your first property

Navigate to Properties → Add Property. Fill in the property name, type (Hotel, BnB, Villa, etc.), address and a short description. You can upload photos at any time.

Properties are the top-level containers. Each property can have multiple room types (e.g. "Standard Room", "Deluxe Suite"). Rooms are assigned to room types.

Step 3 — Add rooms and room types

Inside your property, go to the Rooms tab. Create at least one room type, then add individual rooms to it. Each room can have its own floor number, amenities and notes.

Step 4 — Set your pricing

Under Properties → Pricing, set the base nightly rate for each room type. You can add seasonal rules, minimum-stay requirements and discount tiers later.

Step 5 — Configure your booking portal

Go to Settings → Booking Portal to pick a theme (Amber, Obsidian, Sage, or Azure), upload your logo and set your welcome message. Your portal is live at /booking on your domain.

Step 6 — Take your first booking

Share your booking portal link with a guest, or create a walk-in booking from the Bookings → New Booking button. Your dashboard will update in real time.
