Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Pro plans both include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, Visa/Mastercard via Pesapal, bank transfer and mobile money. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
Do you charge per booking?
Never. Our pricing is flat-rate by property count. Take as many bookings as you like with no transaction fees from us.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything at any time from the Settings panel.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or education?
Yes — contact us. We offer significant discounts for registered charities, hospitality training schools and government housing programmes.
